This project involved the demolition of a poorly constructed rear extension, followed by the restoration of the property’s exterior to its original character.

Careful attention was given to matching existing materials and details to seamlessly blend old with new. Once the facade was brought back to its former condition, we redesigned and completed the landscaping, including new lawn, garden beds, and paving.

The pool area was fully refreshed with updated surrounds, secure glass fencing, and compliant boundary fencing.

A new Stratco extension roof was supplied and installed to create a functional and aesthetically integrated outdoor space. The result is a clean, cohesive finish that restores the property's charm while adding modern usability and value.
