This full renovation involved the transformation of a traditional Queenslander, blending heritage charm with modern functionality.

Works included restumping, new subfloor structure, updated electrical and plumbing systems, and full internal reconfiguration to suit a contemporary layout. Original timber floors were restored, VJ walls and ceilings reinstated, and new bathroom and kitchen fit-outs completed.

Exterior upgrades included repainting, roofing works, and a new front and rear deck, all while maintaining the character features such as decorative fretwork and timber balustrades.

The result is a beautifully revived Queenslander, brought up to today’s standards while preserving its classic appeal.
